1. Digital Nature of the Product: PowerScale provides digital goods and services in the form of custom, AI-generated training and nutrition plans. Because these digital assets are generated instantly and delivered immediately upon successful transaction, all sales are final.
2. No-Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment is successfully processed and the digital delivery process has begun. By purchasing a plan or a subscription through Creem, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a reflection period or a refund.
3. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:A verified technical system failure where the payment was captured but the user account failed to activate or receive the plan after manual support intervention. Confirmed duplicate billing due to a payment gateway glitch.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellations: If you purchase a subscription plan, you can cancel your automated renewal at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for remaining days.
